Handwritten notice of death and funeral arrangements, from Bessie's husband Fred Nye Gibbons, to Mr. and Mrs. Ralph B. Cooley, January 15, 1901.

A choir consisting of Mable Root, Winnie Wilcox, L.F. Henry and Miles J. Rose sang "Nearer My God to Thee" and "Sometime We Will Understand" at Bessie's funeral.

Bessie M. (Little) Gibbons (19 Feb 1874-14 Jan 1901) was Fred Gibbons' first wife. He later remarried, to Jessie (Tryon) Gibbons.

Bessie is buried in the Silver Street Cemetery, Granville, Massachusetts.
